Secretary-General of MUNCH XX - VIEW THE PORTFOLIO
Directed a 10-person Secretariat to execute the operations/logistics of MUNCH;
Operated with a budget of $15,000+ to host an event on the UNC-Chapel Hill Campus;
Volunteered 20+ hours a week on planning, managing, and executing conference details;
Coordinated with local hotels and businesses to promote the conference;
Designed original graphics for conference documents.
Chief of Staff of UNCMUNC XI (2019)
Managed 100+ staff members and train them for their roles leading up to the conference;
Produced creative content, logos, background guides, etc. using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator;
Recruited staffers to increase the efficiency of communication between delegates and UNCMUNC during the committee sessions;
Collaborated with a Secretariat of seven members to organize and execute the 4-day conference.
